For more than 70 years, the fields of expertise in which the Geophysical Centre is a world reference are: the Earth's magnetic field, the ionosphere and the environmental magnetism.

Based on that experience we are specialised in developping high precision instruments for measuring magnetic field in real time.

The biggest challenge is to build instruments and create protocols that do not disturb the measurements in order to measure the Earth's magnetic field with nano-tesla precision.
